Day 1: Taipei - Sun Moon Lake - Puli - Taichung
This morning, you will be picked up from hotel and transfer to a coach for your tour to Sun Moon Lake. En-route you will visit Wenwu Temple, Tehua Village, Tse-en Pagoda and Holy Monk Shrine. Afterwards, the tour then continues to Puli, the cultural and artistic heaven of Taiwan. The town is famous for its 4 Ws: Weather, Water, Wine and Women. Day 2: Taichung - Lukang - Kaohsiung
This second day will commence with a morning tour of Lukang, well known as a center of arts and
handicrafts, particularly wooden and bamboo items. In former times, the city was the site of
magnificent homes and temples of uniquely Taiwanese architecture. Some of these structures still exist today such as the Lung Shan Temple in Taipei. The journey will then continue by train or coach to Kaohsiung, the second largest city in Taiwan. (Overnight at Kaohsiung Holiday Garden Hotel or similar)
Day 3: Kaohsiung - Kenting - Kaohsiung
Picked up in the morning from your hotel and taken to catch a coach to Kenting national park. Here, you will experience the beautiful views of the south island in Kenting National Park and Hengchun Peninsula. The tour will also stop in Oluanpi Light House, located on the southern end of Taiwan. The fantastic climate, lush forests, beaches, and reef environments make Kenting as beautiful as famous Bali or Phuket. You will then return to Kaohsiung. Day 4: Kaohsiung Sightseeing Tour - Taipei
The third day of your tour will commence with a visit to Cheng Ching Lake and Autumn Pavillions. At Cheng Ching Lake, you can see the stately restoration Pagoda, the majestic towers and pavilions and maybe even enjoy a boating trip. At Autumn Pavillions, the seven-tiered Dragon and Tiger pagodaspagodas stand in the water of the famous Lotus Lake. An unusual nine-cornered bridge links the pagodas to the shore. In the afternoon, a transfer to Taipei by train or coach. |

Day 1: Taipei - Taichung - Sun Moon Lake
The tour will commence with a pick up from your hotel for High Speed Rail Train to Taichung. After lunch at Puli, continue your tour to Sun Moon Lake Tour. Sun Moon Lake is the largest lake in Taiwan, where, in the middle of the lake you can find a very sacred place; an island for the Shao People. The first stop to this tour is at the Wenwu Temple, built in 1938. The pair of lions located at the entrance of the temple is considered to be the largest ones displayed in Taiwan. Tehua Village and Tse-en Pagoda are your next places to visit, as well as the Holy Monk Shrine.

Day 2: Sun Moon Lake - Tainan - Kaohsiung
The second day of this tour will commence with a pick up from your hotel to Tainan by bus, and taken around Tainan. Tours stop includes Koxinga Shrine, Chihkan Lou, and Chi Mei Museum. Tour will continue to Kaohsiung for Spring and Autumn Pavilions, The route will then take you to the Spring and Autumn Pavilions, where the seven-tiered Dragon and Tiger Pagodas stand in the water of the famous Lotus Lake. Day 3: Kaohsiung - Kenting - Taitung
The third day of this tour will commence with a pick up from your hotel to kenting national park

Day 4: Taitung - Hualien - Taipei
Day four, the last day of this deluxe round island tour will commence with a pick up from your hotel, and head to Hualien by train. The gateway of Taroko Gorge Gateway. From here, you will continue on to visit many interesting and wonderful places. You will be guided along a 12-mile stretch of highway built into awesome marble cliffs high above the rushing river. Your route will take you through 38 tunnels including the Swallows Grotto, the Tunnel of Nine Turns and the Marble Bridge of Motherly Devotion. After lunch (lunch included) you will visit the Chi-Hsing Beach and the Stone Sculptural Park. You will return to Taipei in late afternoon by train. |
